Refund Policy

Subscription Plans
We want you to be happy with Dateup. Here is our refund policy for each plan type:
Starter & Pro (Monthly Subscriptions)
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Manage Subscription.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.
- After 7 days, partial refunds are not available, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Lifetime Plan
- Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10 AI enhancements.
- After 7 days or 10+ enhancements, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at prasen.nayak@hotmail.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
