1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dateup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dateup is an AI-powered dating profile optimization platform that provides:

• AI photo enhancement and background removal
• AI-generated conversation starters and reply suggestions
• AI-powered dating profile reviews and scoring

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use Dateup.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Dateup offers paid subscription plans with different feature limits.
• Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Manage Subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
• Upload images of people without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs commercially without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs (enhanced photos, conversation suggestions, profile reviews) are generated by third-party AI models and provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. Use your own judgment when applying suggestions to your dating profiles.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your photos through our AI services. AI-enhanced outputs are owned by you for personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dateup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to dating outcomes, AI-generated content accuracy, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
