Hinge Standouts: How to Get Featured
How Hinge Standouts works
Hinge Standouts is a curated feed of profiles the algorithm considers most compatible with you. These profiles typically have high engagement rates, complete profiles, and interesting prompts. Appearing in someone's Standouts feed significantly increases your visibility and match potential.
What gets you into Standouts
Complete every section of your profile, use all six photo slots, and write prompts that spark conversation. Profiles that receive more likes and comments get boosted by the algorithm. Engagement is the key metric, so make your profile easy and compelling to interact with.
Optimizing your profile for the algorithm
Use high-quality photos, write unique prompts that invite comments, and add a voice note to show personality. Avoid generic prompts that everyone uses. The more distinctive your profile, the more engagement it generates, and the more likely you are to appear in Standouts. Dateup can analyze your Hinge profile and suggest specific improvements to boost your algorithmic performance.
